The Integrated Movement Assessment ("IMA") is a 1-hour comprehensive functional movement assessment to identify mobility and stability dysfunctions that reduce performance and increase risk for injury. The Integrated Movement Assessment was developed by Mike Reinhold, PT, DPT, former head athletic trainer and physical therapist for the Boston Red Sox and currently the senior medical advisor to the Chicago White Sox. Identified imbalances are addressed with specific corrective exercises to help reduce risk of injury and optimize your training regimen and performance.
“Being both a physical therapist and pitching instructor for the past 20+ years I’ve often seen foundational imbalances that reduce training and performance potential and can lead to injuries that are preventable. The Integrated Movement Assessment can help mitigate these issues to keep you training and performing at your highest level.”
-- Tom Katz, PT
