Momentum Mayhem Softball

*All girls born on or after 8/31/14 are eligible

Date: July 15th

Time: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Location: Delong Middle School, 2000 Vine St, Eau Claire, WI 54703

Note:  Final Deadline to register for Tryouts is 7/8/25. Late registrations accepted after 7/8/25 based on availability.  We will not be accepting walk-ins. 

PLAYER FEE: $1,300

The Tryout fee is $10.  Following tryouts, selected player will receive a team selection invite by the following Friday and a balance of $790 due at that time. An additional $500 will be collected at a later date which will be discussed during the parent meeting.  Any additionally raised funds will go into the cash pool for players and families.

What to Bring:

• Softball gear (glove, bat, helmet, etc.)
• Water bottle
• Cleats(outdoor) 
• Positive attitude, hustle, and determination

Tryout Details:

• Players will participate in drills and skills assessments with independent evaluators.
• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to tryouts.
• Tryouts are open to all who have registered
• Walk-ins will not be accepted

Season Highlights:

• Weekly practices
• Uniforms(2 tops, knickers, belt, and socks). 
• Participation in Fall Ball
• 5-7 spring and summer tournaments
• Tournaments will be within two hours of Eau Claire
• Any remaining player fees will be evenly distributed at the end of summer tournaments

Coaches: TBD and announced following tryouts. 

Perks for Selected Players:

• 12-month membership at Momentum which includes up to an hour of batting cages and pitching lanes each day(as available)
• 10 free pitching and/or hitting lessons with Armando
• 30% off any additional lessons with Armando
• Weekly training sessions at designated fields or Momentum's facility

Additional information:Our focus is on development, not just of skills but of character. We prioritize hustle, sportsmanship, and teamwork, understanding that our collective efforts are greater than any individual achievements. Every athlete will receive the opportunity of equal playing time.
